• Supervises sod installation crew

• Must have a current Colorado Driver’s license.

• Transport crew to job sites

• Maintains safety equipment for entire crew

• Responsible for Soil Preparation and Sod Installation

• Communicates with Supervisor and Korby Sod for all aspects of the job

• Operates multiple types of equipment including, forklifts, sod removal, soil preparation and sod installation equipment

• Hauls all materials and equipment to job site and coordinates their use

• Ensures all jobs are completed according to Korby Sod standards and/ensure the job site is  cleaned of any debris and safety concerns

• Operates equipment on the sod farm and assists with any daily farm operations

• Install unused sod on the sod farm

• Helps to maintain the sod farm

Requirements: 8 months of experience in the following skills: cutting, laying and soil preparation for sod installation; operating and maintaining sod installation machinery. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.

Work will be performed in Larimer and Weld counties. 
Transportation will be provided from Wellington, CO.
